Their major service informed consensus, is a process for reaching mutual agreement over issues by applying a robust, principle-based approach to multi-party negotiations. Information consensus is proven successful in both developing countries, as well as in western outfits.
OfforSharp’s second service stakeholder engagement strategy and process is mainly on projects with a high capital risk and reputational exposure. These strategies and plans are based mainly on extensive research into stakeholders and their issues.
Another service that OfforSharp offers is in the area of developing company wide sustainable development frameworks and plans. These strategies also ensure that sustainable development commitments are met and well integrated across the business.
The fourth service is social research and impact assessment. This is a corollary of stake holder engagement work, and the impact projects can have on their host communities. The social impact assessments are underpinned by extensive quality research through focus groups and interviews.
